Welcome to NORFIL Foundation, Incorporated!

NORFIL Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, non-government social welfare organization that is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in the Philippines.

For twenty years, NORFIL has been serving women, children and youth with special needs, their families and, depressed communities in eight (8) provinces in Luzon and Cebu through organizing cooperatives, day care centers, livelihood/microcredit community-base rehabilitation of disabled children and youth, Foster Care for the abandoned, neglected street children, community-based counseling, and residential care for single pregnant women and girls, and service to disaster victims.
