                                How to become a licensed foster parent/family:

                                Qualifications to become a licensed foster family/parent:

                                1. Must be at least 25 years old
                                2. Be of good moral character, emotionally mature, physically fit and healthy, and financially secure.
                                3. Genuinely interested in parenting a child not related to you
                                4. Able to provide a wholesome family atmosphere and nurturing environment to the child.
                                5. Able to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for the child.
                                _NORFIL caters to children from infants up to 4 years of age.  A foster family’s preference on the age, sex and health condition of their prospective foster child is considered, but flexibility and open consideration is most preferred.  A child’s love is unconditional, as so a parent’s.
